Okay, now I'm REALLY MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
|
The demon seeds who packed up this china hutch put a big block of styrofoam vertically on the top shelf. It fits too snugly, and I can't get it out!! I've tried getting a big carving knife and chopping at it, but I can't get it cut apart yet. Where is Norman Bates when you need him? He could probably manage it! Any ideas??

1. Get some nail-polish remover. |
|
Nail-polish remover is primarily acetone. It will munch thru the styrofoam faster than lightening but leave the hutch unharmed.

I finally managed to slide it out. I just pretended it was Bush and I was dragging his naked butt down a gravel road. That's always the way I get stubborn jars open; I pretend it's his head and I twist it off.

furniture polish between the sides of the Styrofoam and the hutch. It should slide right out--hopefully.
