Riding a horse while intoxicated is apparently against the law in Colorado |
|
A local in my little town is looking at jail time for DUI involving being drunk and on horseback. Someone was injured, which is why I think they're bothering to make sure it's prosecuted.
I was reading on the internets about a similar case getting tossed in Kentucky ... but apparently here there's precedent.
I don't know how I feel about this one. I mean, the horse hadn't been drinkin'. ;)

1. * should be safe then. He's a drunk, but he's never been on a horse. |

Although, he does dose out the horseshit. Half of what he ways amkes me yell "Horsefeathers!" And when I get done protesting this asshat, I'm always so hungry, I could eat a horse!
I bow my head in shame for this embarressing post.
