What makes me sick is people who spout venom at a valuable ally without having a shred of factual information.

First, if Jessica Lynch picked up a sign and went to protests, she would be expressing herself in the same way that thousands and thousands of people expressed themselves throughout the world in reaction to the war. Where, I ask you, did that get us?

Second, Jessica Lynch is in a unique position to make credible statements that DESTROY the BFEE propaganda machine. She is not stupid. She has a voice and a forum right now, and she is going to use it. Too bad you don't appreciate or know when someone is on your side.

Third, Jessica Lynch is NOT involved in the film that will be shown on Sunday. If you bothered to learn any facts, you would know that she not only condemns the film, but will not make one dime off of it.

Fourth, why are you so hostile toward her being paid to tell her side of the story? Are you willing to write your life story, have it published and not make a dime off of it? If so, I'll order 10,000 copies right now. Oh, but then, you would have to have something interesting to say. Nevermind.

Finally, how dare you call her a "poser" soldier. She was wounded in action, survived, and lived to tell about it. Too bad you're not willing to hear what she has to say. You're missing out on one of the storys that may blow the BFEE out of the water. I guarantee you, Karl Rove is shitting his pants right now because of that "poser". So if you think she would be more "authentic" carrying a sign and marching down Market Street, dream on.
