Anyone have any experience with Bulletproof FTP Server?

I'm having some trouble and the documentation and help on this app is pretty deficient.

I think I have it set up correctly, I have created a user with a login and password but when you connect there is no prompt for the login/password so the user can't access any of the files.

If I set up an anonymous user with no login/password everything works great of course.

What am I missing here? I've been to the product webpage and read the manual, but I'm coming up empty.

I'm close here, but I'd really appreciate any help you might be able to give.
