End of World show on Nat'l Geograph Channel now

4. I went to a taping of Maury Povitch back in '98

we were in the front row. It was great.

Maury is a MUCH more handsome man in person than on TV. The tv not only adds 10 pounds, but 10,000 wrinkles. He was sex-ay

And, greatest of all, when the show aired WE were continuously shown as "featured audience members". Of course, it could have been because my otherwise timid and shy husband was standing on the seat calling someone a tramp.....:shrug:

Also that week we went to a taping of Montel Williams. Before they shoot the show, they do basic pans of the audience. THey'll tell us to clap, and we clap and they tape it to fill in during the actual clapping scenes.

Then they do this tricky shit where they don't TELL You that the audience is being taped, and at the time, I was laughing and wiping my nose at the same time.

I SWEAR TO GOD when they aired the show, EVERY TIME they'd cut to the 'audience', they'd cut to the SAME clip of me laughing and wiping my nose. AN HOUR LONG SHOW and there's 13 shots of me wiping my honker and laughing about some stupid shit. It's great. we have it on tape.
