Wake up! I need gift ideas! Pronto!
I have twin nephews on the east coast who will be 14 in a few days...they have EVERYTHING. I mean EVERYTHING. Seriously. And they have piggy banks and savings accounts and bonds and probably stocks, so money wouldn't really excite them, either.

And I can't make anything. I have no talent.

So I need your help. Thanks!

1. Strippers
Ha, just kidding. I have two friends who are twin brothers. I got them both t-shirts from Target that said, "I'm the Evil Twin."

7. Ha ha
Well, they'd probably like the strippers better, but I don't want to know about that! (plugging my ears and singing)

2. Metal Detectors
Seriously! They might enjoy a new hobby. Gave one recently as a goft to a friend's son and he found it to be a lot of fun.

Here's a site for one that's good for beginners and not too expensive.

4. Not a half bad idea
since they actually live in a somewhat rural area with a lot of places to do that. Hmmm. Thanks.

3. May I go out on a limb
You say they have everything. How about a contribution to a charity in their name? The American Cancer Society; Alzheimer's Association; American Red Cross. The list is endless. Maybe they will get literature from such a group and find someplace to put part of that money they have. 14 is not too young to learn about charitable giving. And what better gift then for you to start the teaching process. Good Luck.

5. Great idea! Or a card . . .
wishing them a happy birthday and asking them to choose a charity of their own, to which the contributions would be made. :hi:
