Jagger Says Song Not an Anti-Bush Tirade...
<snip>

"How come you're so wrong? My sweet neo-con, where's the money gone, in the Pentagon," goes one refrain.

The song also includes the line: "It's liberty for all, democracy's our style, unless you are against us, then it's prison without trial."

1. So if it's not about Bush, who is it about? The Republicans?

2. Keep in mind that the Stones just signed a big contract with Monday Night
Football.

Should be interesting to see how that pans out.

Do you think the Cons will Boycott MNF?
Do you think MNF will kill the contract?
Or do you think the Stones will back down, like the article suggests.

4. The Stones...
...have always been crass and bare capitalists, they never hid that fact. Just look at Jagger's background, schooling, lifestyle and whatnot.

If it becomes a matter of greenbacks, they will go where the money leads.

5. Read the article.
Sounds like he is saying it is not JUST about Bush, but about all the neocons. He doesn't deny it is critical.

6. even mick jagger!
now you see why they killed john lennon....
(ok, chapman goofballs did the shooting, but the john hinckley jury was pressured to return a 'not guilty by reason of bush's nuts' by the government, which don't make sense unless you consider hinckley was friend of the geebush family, and everything them bastards involved in is creepy; john lennon was an inspiration, despite his flaws, while the bushpig is a downer, despite their achievements!)

7. (I CAN'T GET NO) SATISFACTION
Jagger's said not specifically aimed at Bush. It's a broader attack on the Admin:
"It is certainly very critical of certain policies of the administration, but so what! Lots of people are critical," Jagger told "Extra."
