9. Thank God we got Auburn bumped to the latter half of the schedule.

Ole Miss has played Auburn as game number 2 or 3 on the sched for many, many, many years. They usually kick our ass. It's refreshing to play them after we've had time to get our act together. Did I hear that right? That's only the second time that Ole Miss has beaten Auburn at Jordan-Hare ever? Wow. The victory over the Tide this year was the first time we've beaten Bama in 15 years.

Also, IIRC Ole Miss is the only team that hasn't played in an SEC championship game since the conference was revamped. I could be mistaken. Could this be our year?

Belieeeeve me, we in Columbia are well aware that we haven't been in one, and I don't think Vandy has won an SEC game since they beat us.
