Any old timers know General Hershey Bar, SF anti-war activist? (pic)

This pic is from 67. He used to dress as a General with plastic airplanes and medals all over his uniform. I remember him from the 80's in L.A. He used to show up at rock shows/events handing out peace literature. Wonder what happened to him.

2. Don't know. But i remember he used to say,"you, me, we're all generals!"
He was very special. I had no idea who he was at the time. Street theatre politics is cool.

4. I used to see him on campus at UCLA
this was in the later '70s, and I didn't know who he was at the time. Then, later, I read an article in the paper about him, which had his picture.
