and just play around with Paintbrush... it's easy to do the simple stuff like that. (Start->Run->PBRUSH)

and when I call India I get the same sort of things! 90% of the time they are no help at all :)

9. I know... I never call the help desk unless it's unavoidable
like an expired password or something I can't do myself. (I used to be a programmer too... now I just manage them.)
