15. I'm well...
I walk about an hour a night. It helps, but I have those stubborn places. You have to give it time.

5. me either
I did decrease them for awhile, but you shoulda heard my husband whine. And now I figure what the heck!? I work out and eat well, cause I don't want my mom's heart disease, but there isn't much point in worrying 'bout the size my ass. I use genetics as an excuse lol.

I'm no help, am I? Sorry!

6. NO!!!!
it's a little known fact that most heterosexual guys like wimmen w/ curves. i honestly don't know of any straight guys who like the anorexicly thin supermodel look. all the guys i know like the ladies with the curves.

so keep the ass and the hips-- you won't regret it!!!

7. Gah! Good luck!!!
As they say - first on last off.

Also keep in mind that there's no way to really target an area for fat removal, which makes everything more complicated.

Good luck!

12. Stop eating dairy...
I don't care about how big I am. I'm at a comfortable weight: 165 lbs.

Though I just got the bloodwork back from my doc's today and I am furious!! My cholestrol results were this:

Cholestrol 6/6/05: 234 8/9/05: 283

Trig: 6/6/05 158 8/9/05: 236

HDL: 6/6/05: 47 8/9/05: 53

LDL: 6/6/05: 155 8/9/05: 183

Cholestrol HDL/Ratio 6/6/05: 4.98 8/9/05: 5.34

Jesus! I'm heading for a heart attack, and with my genetics even doubly so.

Dee

14. My glucose is now 5.80
Right on borderline diabetes... And it's bad too cause my mom is diabetic and on kidney dialysis.

She's been harping on me about my health and I am actually afraid to show her these results.

And I just bought some ice cream bars, 2% milk and some cream cheese bars today BEFORE I read these results.
