4. I love the 5th Amendment!
And if Bush won't turn over the briefs, we should amend the Constitution. We need federal "Let The Sunshine In-Laws."

Congress should start working on the legislation even though Shrub would probably let it sit on his desk (the old pocket veto), just one less bill to answer.

There will be no singing ceremony in the Rose Garden.
