Make it fully dead as a gesture of compassion. I was in a public park bathroom the other day and there was a HUGE spider on the toliet paper roll. It was one of those double rolls and I had already gotten mines, otherwise it would have been drip dry while backing out. (I'm much better around spiders than I used to be)
