DU gamers - I need your advice on MP2 - Should I keep it?
Here's the deal:

I have a copy of Max Payne 2 still wrapped with receipt. (I picked it up a week ago on a whim because I didn't know the Call of Duty was already out-I found COD a few hours later at the mall and have been playing it all week)

I played the demo of the first MP and enjoyed it somewhat.

I prefer FPS to TPS- (MOHAA, COD, BF1942 and Mafia)

Do you think I'll like it? (I have heard that it is way too short but that the mods that will come may make it worthwhile in the end)

Should I return it and get maybe something like:

Half-Life
Operation Flashpoint
Return to Castle Wolfenstein

Any suggestions are appreciated...

6. Can WW2 be compared to BF 1942?
Or is it more like MOHAA?

2. I LOVE MP2!

It is one of my favorite games this year. Some people complained that it was too short, just like the first one. But I get tired of games that just seem to stretch it out forever. There's some pretty neat levels in it too.

7. Do you know anything about the upcoming mods?
I don't mind playing sp at all- just give me a good looking mod and I am there!
:)

12. Sorry, but no
I usually don't get around to playing mods. I have a hard enough time sitting down to play any game these days, so I usually move on to something else after I'm finished with a game.

9. COD rocks!
I am almost done with it.

PM me and I'll give you my opinion on where the developers of COD and MOHAA got the idea for the music in both games.

This site is the best when looking for reviews for games. Although, I would personally keep MP2, It looked pretty cool and the first one wasn't too bad.

8. Well if you return it
do NOT get half life, because within three/four months, Half Life 2 is coming out, and if any of the demos I've seen from the illegal warez versions are any indication, it will be amazing.

If you really want HL, you can probably find half life for like five bucks now.
