I saw something at the county fair that made me absolutely ill last night
It was being sold in a stand that was located in the "midway". It was a confederate flag (bad enough) with the words "Heritage not Hate" printed on it.

5. I don't understand it
How people with that attitude do not get that the civil war was fought predominantly because the south wanted the right to own other people and work them to death, and the north believed that no one had the right to own anyone else.

7. It's ignorance really
the same kind of ignorance and refusal to accept facts which has us in our current state of affairs.

Jeez the other day I posted a link on the QUEENSRYCHE (A band which clearly stands left of center) fan forumn about Operation Truth and the freepers on that board claimed that the site is run by a bunch of micheal moore like liberals (despite the letters and pictures from the troops who are there)

6. I saw one at the Laporte County (IN) fair a couple of weeks ago...
Also had the confederate flag with "It's a WHITE thing, YOU wouldn't understand".

Lovely, isn't it?

10. They lost the war.
That flag should be illegal. It's a symbol of treason.
