6. I solved that problem easily. I don't cut jalapena peppers at all.

I was told by a woman who lived in Mexico for seventeen years that the best way to keep you mouth from feeling like an inferno after eating hot peppers was to drink whole milk, eat chocolate, or some other fatty substance because it could cut through the hot oils of the peppers. She said that water would only make it worse.

Ergo, perhaps an eye ointment, as opposed to eye drops, would make your eye feel better.
