Poll question: I'm thinking about wearing a bag over my head, should I?
I'm showing definite signs of aging and wear.

I'm not as cute as I used to be.

There's no question about it.

How can I possibly let myself be seen like this?

I've seen some really nice bags lately.

What do you think?

2. Think about the problems that come with "cute"!
I've been moping about aging too - on the age poll, checking the last box hurt. But, I really don't want to go back to 20 again - no way!

7. Who wants to be cute? I'm aiming for Grand Dame. Get to make
any outrageous statement you want, behave in any manner you want and intimidate people by sheer force of will and dignity. Who's going to tell someone who has been around long enough that they must "behave"? Every age has it's benefits. Enjoy your age, I know I am.

10. No bag, please, you could suffocate...
Or trip or fall or walk in front of a bus. I vote no.:-(

As for the wear and tear of aging, it's all in the eye of the beholder. I was feeling the same way, then got a pleasant surprise. And I'm not 20, either...:-)

12. If you think YOU'RE showing signs of wear
Wait until the bag's been on about a week. You'd have to change the bag regularly and then you'd have to either use the same type of bag or people wouldn't recognize you and you'd have to tell them who you are all over again.

You'd have to get a new Driver's lic pic with the bag on and they may hassle you about that, as they do with women wearing head coverings.

When it rains, you'd have to be careful of the bag, using an umbrella or putting a large plastic hat on it. And if you wear glasses, would you wear them on the outside of the bag or the inside?

Frankly, it sounds like a lot of trouble to me although you'd have a ready made Halloween costume....
