Computer Question. HELP!!

I am currently recovering from surgery, and my brother came to babysit me. I don't know WHAT he did to my computer, but it has picked up an annoying new habit which is driving me crazy.

While browsing the internet, I frequently utilize the right click/open in new window option. Now, all of the sudden when I do this, instead of opening up an entire window, all I get is a small box with the line/square/x option and I have to click on the square to enlarge my screen. Any ideas on how to fix this.

1. shut down all windows until you've got one open

change it to full screen, then exit your browser. Next time you start the browser, normally it will come up full screen.

2. Move your cursor to the outside of the little box until it turns...

... into little arrows, like this <--->. Click on the edge of the box to grab it and drag it out to the edge of your screen. You have to manually expand it. Do this with all other edges till the window fills your whole screen. Close it like that. Now the next time you right click 'open in new window' it should open full size.
