Vent Alert: What kind of arrogant, small-minded, ass clown |
|
walks around on a Sunday afternoon with a "W/Cheney '04" t-shirt on?
This is about a thousand times worse to me than the bumper sticker. The stickers are ALMOST forgiveable(but of course not entirely).Because you never know, maybe they can't get the stupid sticker off their bumper. But a t-shirt is a conscious choice. I'm imagining this jack ass going through his closet thinking, oh yeah--got to wear the shirt--TODAY.
:wtf:
I swear I wanted to kick him in his crotch. It was total, visual assault. Dh and I talked a lot of (&^*%&!! about him after we saw him.
So do you think he's just a total ass-hat, or recovering from a brain injury?
It just hurts my brain to consider the possibility that someone would 'consciously' put that shirt on.
Ok, done venting...thank you!

(gratuitous use of a "Terminator" quote)
I think he was just being an asshat.

How dare he just walk around, showing the world who he voted for--like he's proud of it.
It's just.So.Wrong.

4. I should have said something to him |
|
like pretended to dig his shirt--by giving him the universal republican symbol of support, a thumbs up and a 'nice shirt' comment.
:scared:
(shudder)Ack--no way I could have pulled that one off without projectile vomiting.
:puke:

10. Well then, you should definitely have done it |
|
If you would have puked on his shirt maybe he would have thrown it away. That is a most fitting end for such a shirt.

6. I'm a bit relieved to hear it wasn't isolated to my area... |
|
...that's it's kind of a universal 'kool-aid' drinkin' thing.
We were out a few days after the election, (dh trying to cheer me up, as I was completely catatonic and morose). Anyway, we saw this jerk who was prancin' around like some peacock, with his chest all puffed out. He made this announcement to anyone in hearing distance, "it's a day for celebrating..." I couldn't believe his callousness--people all around us just looked so sad. Here's this lone idiot going on as if he had won the lottery.

8. I'm glad you didn't injure the guy. |

Because as misguided as you and I think he is, he's as free to express his (misguided) political views any day of the week as you and I are (until ass clowns like him repeal the First Amendment.)
Hang in there, bliss_eternal.

I know it's terrible of me--but I can dream, can't I?
Don't you ever fantasize about ramming your car into the rear of the car ahead of you with the "W" sticker on the bumper? LOL! Or keying the one you see in the parking lot, that just happened to park next to you, while you were shopping?
I know I do--of course I would never act on it, but thinking about it gives me the giggles. :P
