I had my feng shui consultation tonight!
Edited on Sun Nov-09-03 09:00 PM by LuLu550
She said basically, I've got no man in my life because my bed is facing in the wrong direction, I need flowers in my bay window, not shells and other things I picked up on the beach. I have no money because my son's firebird is sitting on the property unregistered and I need to move my computer out of my upstairs alcove and down in my family room on my father desk. I have unresolved issues in my past because my cellar is cluttered.

She told me all the things I can do to change things. Think they will work?
I really need the money...I'm not so sure about the man....

On edit...sorry for the dupe...got a message saying the fist one didn't post! You can kill one of them, mod!

3. Gotta get that chi flowing!
Your post reminded me of a friend of mine who had a feng shui consultant tell her that the reason she couldn't sell her house was because her dead husband was buried in her side yard.

(Symbolic dead husband, that is!)

Yeah, a dead firebird in your wealth corner is a big no-no. How about charging him rent and/or putting a big buddha statue on the roof of the car? You could plant (non-pointy) flowers all around the car, and if it's red, then it will bring you luck!

I'm not sure about all this stuff, but one thing I like about it is that it gets us to think of life, and our stuff, in a different way, and usually clear out some of the clutter that's been bugging us anyway. I find it much more interesting to clean the bathroom thinking that it's gonna make me rich. (Our bathroom is in our wealth corner, and we're getting audited. So, there you go. I'm gonna have to buy a lot of fresh flowers to get through the next month or so! LOL)

Good luck!

4. She is right about the car, sell it, money right there
As long as you got the consult , I say go for it and follow the advice

especially if it gives you even the slightest bit of optimism

Also prepare for derisive replies

5. You won't know unless you try it,
if it works, then great, if not, then at least you have tried something different. There is nothing wrong with that.

PS: I would rather have the money then the man!

6. I feng shuied my apt once, and my motorcycle got stolen and
set on fire right afterwards. I think it was related, cuz the other folks who used these same feng shui-ers each totaled their cars afterward. Of course, nothing happened to my girlfriend's car, so go figger, but jeez oh pete---I still think it was related.

Otherwise, the feng shui was verrry helpful. Ours did a bunch of cool prayers that seemed to (I kid you not) suck the bad energy/spirits out of the place, too.
