7. She's more emotional about it.
Frank sang everything like...yeah baby....and that's what you should think about that.

Liza has a bit of her mother's voice (one of the very best singers ever) in her, so she really captures the hope/excitement/whatever.

I like both. Frank's is the definitive version though.
