I made pudding last night.. It was delicious! |

I have no idea what prompted me to buy it. Maybe because I haven't had it for about 15 years. It was the cooked version, not instant. I did add about 1/8 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the pan, maybe that was the key. It was better than any any "gourmet" chocolate mousse I've ever had.
I ate my meat, now I can have my pudding. Mmmmmmm... :P

When I was about 9 or 10 and I made it from scratch. I found a recipe and begged my mom to let me try it - to give her credit, she did. It came out wonderfully and became my specialty - homemade vanilla pudding.
Every time I make it, I remember my mom.
