Looking for good liberal/progressive magazines, can anyone help me?
I already know about Mother Jones, the Nation, In These Times, and the Progressive, was just wondering if anyone knew about any others they could point me to.

1. The Washington Monthly.
This is Charlie Peters's neoliberal, issues-focused magazine. It's run on a shoestring but is very much worth checking out. Contributors include Wesley Clark, on occasion. I don't agree with the magazine's stance on school vouchers, but they're really good at picking out the issues that don't get a lot of attention.

10. That's it. Ms.
Don't go all Washington Times on me now! "What is M-S?" said the guy at The Washington Times when I wrote a letter to the editor and mentioned Ms. magazine. I explained it was a feminist magazine founded by Gloria Steinem and others. I didn't mention that at that point it had been around for a quarter century. I think it's about 35 years old now.

11. Harpers, definitely!
There's intelligent discussion of all sorts of issues, including voting irregularities in Ohio, how the Busheviks are exploiting Iraq economically, and an inside look at a megachurch in Colorado Springs.
