Have you seen this???????
In a nut shell....

Wal-Mart is SUING former employee, Debbie Shank, for funds from a settlement to recoup funds spent on her behalf for HEALTH CARE. Debbie was struck by atractor trailer rig and has severe brain damage. She relies on a wheelchair and her caregiver to be mobile and "function" at the nursing home where she now resides.
