"Designer" Jeans From The 80's (WWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH)
Edited on Tue Aug-16-05 06:45 PM by matcom

i weep for the male teens of this generation. REALLY!

i long for the 80's when "designer jeans" were all the rage. the way they were painted on the girls, the cute stitched designs on the back pockets (not that i looked mind you)

Jordache
Sasson
Calvin Klein

*sniff*

what a GREAT time trying to get THOSE off! :eyes:

seriously, the greater the challenge, the greater the reward is what *I* was taught as a teen!

the youth today don't know what it's like to have to WORK for what you want! :D

1. Baggy jeans have made the youth of today soft and lazy!
Back in my day, if you wanted to get into a woman's jeans, it was hard damn work!

:D

6. "Sergio Valente...Jeans For The Way You Live and Love."
My brother-in-law said at the time "If I ever see you in a pair of those Sergio jeans I'm going to punch you right in the fucking MOUTH."

I've been a Levis man all my life...I "experienced" the designer jeans phenomenon but "I did not inhale."

Girls still wear tight jeans. It's the boys who have their pants saggin down to their fuckin' knees. I miss tight jeans on men. *pout*

15. You have to suffer for fashion
Women have had to suffer with high heels and skirts so tight that we can't sit down.
So you can suffer with tight pants. Just think of the rewards.

14. You forgot "acid wash" and "stone wash". Man, what were we thinking?
Yuck. Loved the "sprayed on" look though. VERY hard to get off in anything CLOSE to an erotic manner.

to have around. Sped up the process, so to speak.

(PS: Yes, ladies, there ARE men out there who know what a seam ripper is.)
