Croak! Toads Invade Montana Town

BIG SANDY, Mont. -- People are stepping carefully these days in Big Sandy, Mont., as thousands of toads the size of quarters are coating the southeast corner of the town. They appeared in the past few weeks. One resident says some lawns in town are so covered with them, it looks like the grass is moving.

Another resident, Breezy Baumgarn, said she feels sorry for the little critters.

"Poor little toads. Everyone keeps running them over. They have nowhere to go," she said.

Streets in Big Sandy are said to be slick from the entrails of the tiny, smashed toads. But not everyone sees them as just a nuisance. A few are collecting toads to sell them to pet stores. Others want to try them out as fish bait.

marijuana intiative and is a pretty 'purple' state!

God send the toads cuz she loves us and wants to help get rid of the bugs that make our evenings out misrable ;)
