just go to earth.google.com, download the app and install. Once your running it you'll be able see Kyrgyzstan, the lake is huge, you can't miss it.

while serving in the Peace Corps spoke very highly of Issyk Kul.
They said the whole country, form the natural features to the disposition of the populace, was incredibly beautiful. That is, if you can overlook the vodka drinking, poverty and bride kidnapping.
Thanks for the pic. I'll forward this post to them, it may very well make their day.
