Here's Oberon, the Mayor of Kittenopolis ( or as he prefers "the King"):



He is ever watchful over the young citizens:



It can be a demanding job, as kittenopolis gets pretty rowdy at night:













Sometimes the Mayor just has to join in the fun:



But when the partying is over, the Mayor soothes the savage little beasts to sleep:

12. They were dropped at our rescue without mom. I'm guessing that they

are part Norweigan Forest cat or Siberian? A little too round for Maine Coons..:shrug:

Those two are going to their new home on Friday (their sister died of panleukapenia :-( , but at least these two survived ). Poor Obie is going to miss them!

he's neutered, thank goodness! He still has a thing for kittens. More paternal than a Michael Jackson syndrome. ;-)

20. that reminds me of a funny story....

My three male cats insist on sleeping with me at night. The females generally don't, mainly because they don't like sleeping with other cats, but "the boys" do. So the other night I was struggling to get comfortable with three hot little bodies pressed against me and weighting the sheet around me like shrink wrap so I complained "jeez, I've got more boys in my bed than Michael Jackson...."
