Actually old rules, but now they are enforcing them. And I agree with 'em. Bandwidth costs money. Eventually it costs a lot of money.

It's why I try to keep my sig down to a few words...

15. Actually pictures do not use DU bandwidth

I pay monthly to host my pics on my own site and lots of others do too, so OUR bandwidth is used.. BUT when people in the stonge age (dial-uppers) log onto a thread with a lot of pics, it takes THEIR connection a long time to load..

I just wish the sigs were like on OLD DU.. You could see it at the bottom of every post as you composed it..and could delete it at will..I did not necessarily show up on every post :) If someone posts many times on a thread, the first post would have the sig, but on consecutive posts, you could delete it before posting.
