Police Officer Ordered Women To Flash Him

A veteran Chicago Police officer is expected in court today, accused of ordering women during two separate traffic stops to flash him and, in one case, to "do a little dance" without her panties.

Mike Allegretti, who works in the Albany Park District, was charged Thursday with bribery and official misconduct, a law enforcement source said.

The incidents occurred in November 2004 and May 2005, the source said.

In the November incident, Allegretti allegedly made a traffic stop on the 4700 block of West Irving after the woman ran a red light. The woman didn't have a driver's license or proof of insurance and she admitted to Allegretti to being an illegal alien.

At that point, Allegretti allegedly told the woman: "Flash me." The woman refused.

Later, after Allegretti had arrested the woman and taken her to the Albany Park station, he allegedly told her he wouldn't write her a ticket for having no insurance if she flashed him.

The woman again refused, but did open her jacket, the source said.

Allegretti then told the woman to return the following day to the location of the traffic stop, where she was to dance for him without her underwear on, the source said.

The woman didn't return and called police.

Not nearly this extreme, but similar if a cop pulls over an attractive young woman... but, who knows, they could be urban legends, too.

5. Sadly, at least some are true.

I busted a cop who was harassing 2 young (maybe 7 and 9) school kids waiting for a bus. Was walking to my stop & saw him talking to the kids a half block away at their school bus stop. Woman waiting for the city bus said the cop was threatening to 'take them in' because he 'saw what they did'. She sorta got closer when the cop pulled into a business driveway near the kids. As we watched, the cop took the younger, a girl, behind the building. The other woman and I flew over there. By the time we got there, he had his hands under the girl's blouse.

Being the larger of the two of us women at 5'8", I started hollering at the cop as I moved in on him. The other woman went for help. As it was a fairly busy street, there was another cop by very soon and she flagged him down. He took the pervert down fast and called for backup. The pervert was screaming that he was protecting the girl from me! The good cop had him in cuffs and the back seat quickly.

Pervert is in some other line of work now.

but, the stories I had heard were more about a cop pulling over a young female driver, who pleads with him that "I can't get another ticket! Please!" and then the cop unzipping his fly like a porn movie...

8. Here in the Seattle area, I can think of two or three cops busted

for preying on women. One was a stalker who came to one of my accident scenes.:scared:
One was a state patolman who hung out around the bridge between Bellevue and Seattle at night and pulled over young women who were driving alone and would accuse them of driving drunk, and tell them that he could make the ticket 'go away.'
Another Seattle cop was doing the same, but in addition to sex, he was having the women pay him as well.:grr: :nuke: :grr:
