I'd Like Your Thoughts On Cottage Cheese

1. Who'd want curdled milk in a tub?

I'm convinced that the way they make that stuff is to sit a gallon of milk in the sun for a couple of days, then pour it into a plastic tub to sell. *YUCK!*

9. I've never really understood the point of it

If you are dieting you probably are going through some kind of hunger pains anyway why would you force yourself to gag down some spoonfuls of something so horrible tasting? Are you trying to prove to yourself that you are that dedicated? Are you trying to prove yourself to yourself through needles punishment?

Actually I HAVE found in my recent weight loss (about 20 pounds) that if you put some cottage cheese on a rice cake it still tastes horrible but it DOES add some flavor to the useless matter that rice cakes are*.

*just kidding I have done almost zero dieting-no drinking any alcohol and doing 150 pushups every other day and about 200-300 sit ups everyday and running will do the job.
