What is your favorite Mark Wahlberg movie?
I'm thinking about going to the new Mark Wahlberg movie this weekend.
It got me thinking about the former Marky-Mark as an actor.
I really liked Boogie Nights and 3 Kings (I think that was the title)
I thought Planet of the Apes sucked.

7. Boogie Nights and The Basketball Diaries.
Oh lordy, look what I just found on IMDB.
Boogie Nights 2 - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0461158/

I wonder if they'll rename it, "Boogie Nights 2, Electric Boogaloo"?

maybe that's a reason to rent that. I am not a big Dicaprio fan although his older stuff was better

12. 3 kings beats 4 brothers any day
Four Brothers is HORRIBLE, but horrible in a so-bad-it's-good way.

If you can make it to the end, the scene where Walhberg wears OSHA approved safety glasses to do home repairs makes the rest of the film worthwhile.

19. Boogie Nights and Italian Job...
I've heard he was wonderful in The Basketball Diaries, but I had little desire to see that one. So I haven't.

I need to rent Three Kings. I've heard good things about it and I acutally wouldn't mind watching that one.

26. Only good thing about Boogie Nights
was Nina Hartley fucking her way through an R rated movie. And Bill Macey, of course.

28. It was boring and pointless and just yucky
I liked Mark's prosthetic penis, though.

I worked in the sex industry, the porn industry. It wasn't like that.

He was good in that. Who woulda thunk that Mr. Look At My Underwear could actually act?

But he can and he's pretty good...
