Well, 6 months since the fusion and I just moved, on my very own, |

a tall bookcase, a heavy dresser (drawers separately), and 50 pounds worth of garbage (sans vcr tapes) after bringing up 5 flights of stairs a new printer stand.

I have been VERY careful.
A fused spine is as strong as it originally was. I won't be stupid, of course, but I shouldn't have any problems doing normal moving routines. And if they lied, I'll sue. They said I was fully fused so I've got to continue with my life at some point.
I will say I will NEVER go on a roller coaster again; not that one had caused the problem in the first place, but I wouldn't trust them these days!!
