Not so much lately, But when I was growing up, that was what all polish weddings I ever went to devolved into...

drunken brawl after that went on for days, resentments revealed, name calling, punches thrown, wailing, more drinking, more resentments....that was 26 years ago...
I still have resentments over the fact that my relatives took stuff from the house that didn't belong to them because they thought dad said it was ok at some point (like when they were making moonshine in the basement and the still blew up so they bonded, or something.).

going to the reception after the wedding would be fun ...
I love Kielbasa, Hunter's Stew, mushrooms in sour cream, Pierogi and Kapusta.
I just don't like weddings!
