I have many times, and have always been pleased with the quality & price. We just received our kitchen island (with stainless steel top)..It's a BEAUT.. Went together like a dream (or so hubby said)..looks fantastic..they sent EXTRA parts 7 pieces..and NO TAX NO shipping charges...that thing weighed almost 200lbs:)
also got a super leather/birch chair from sweden (not from IKEA:evilgrin: )..and it, too is fantastic..
and a very nice mission style oak sofa table..:)
I type in furniture...sale..free shipping..and shop shop shop :)
am I in the minority, or are others as pleased with their online shopping?

I am a nut when it comes to decor, and it is difficult to find quality simple and elegant pieces. I LOVE West Elm!

The best part of it is that the shipping is free. The worse part is putting it together.
