If you have seen one of her shows you've seen them all. First is the close up of her chopping onions, then the BIG smile, then back to chopping garlic, BIG smile, tight shot of cleavage, BIG smile, repeat.

Like that Nigella Lawson, who flounces around like some kind of porn star?

Like that Bobby Flay, who works ever-so-hard to maintain his overgrown-frat-boy-from-Joisey persona, I guess to make foodie men who are insecure about their own sexuality feel comfortable.

Like that Jamie Oliver whose tongue is just too frigging BIG for his mouth, so he can't speak properly. And would you want to eat anyting he's cooked if he's TALKED over it? Spittle city!

10. My favorite TV chefs ...

Emeril Lagasse. I just like his attitude, and sometimes he makes really good stuff. He's also a friendly guy, I had the pleasure of briefly meeting him once. :)

Julia Child. Need I explain?

Paula Deen. Anyone whose recipes require a full stick of butter, no matter their intended application, is alright by me. Her laugh reminds me of my aunt, too.

Anthony Bourdain. He's sort of vulgar sometimes, but he does some really cool stuff and doesn't seem to be absorbed in his celebrity.

If so I loved her dishes. Her use of spices gave me food for thought. That said, she had a very porn come hitherness about her that was oh so distracting.
