1. report it to ebay

ebay doesn't like people to sell weapons. This one looks fake, anyway - it's not old, I'd bet my hat. Check out the seller's feedback.

2. Not old. 1 1/2 days of a 7 day auction.

Interesting that the seller has "made their feedback private"! U've been selling on Ebay for 4 1/2 years and never knew you could do that...nor would I want to!

The same buyer has a few other similar items on auction too.

Interesting. EIther no one has ever complained about them before, of they're legal for sale.
