I didn't get much sleep last night.

I think that I should fake a sudden attack of illness, go home from work, and sleep all day. :-(

For me they vary - if I manage to get plenty of sleep over the week-end and/or there's sun streaming through my window, then they're tolerable. Neither of these are the case today.
