Baboon, however, is a different story.
They jettisoned a good, solid band from Denton's "Fraternity of Noise" in favor of a Pearl Jam knock-off wannabe.

But it would have been nice to see Baboon perform on Saturday Night Live instead of Creed.
Baboon did get featured in an episode of Walker: Texas Ranger during the show's heyday, though. Even some live concert footage from Trees in the "Deep Ellum" section of Dallas.
