If 0 is freezing temp, and a really pleasant day day in England is about 17 or 18C, then 30 is hot.
That's the only way I can keep it straight for myself!!

Perhaps they can use a thermometer, similar to the one they have on salsa jars to indicate cold, warm and hot.. They would not need words. Just have the thermometer pre-marked with these three temps. and then have the label temp. "rising" to the indicated mark.
