Since I won't live to age 65, how can I get MY MONEY out of SS and PERA?

Okay, maybe I will live that far but I'd rather pay off what left I owe.

2. No. But I've worked so fuckin' hard to pay what I do owe...

that to lose it all now would be the worst insult ever.

I want to pay it off and start anew. There's no way I could declare bankruptcy; and even I have more in my PERA account than what I owe, consider that.

But given my health, my body may have other plans.

And I don't want the state to get a penny.

3. Interesting dilemma

I've lived longer than I planned. I'm toying with bankruptcy. I tried paying off all that I owe...interest rates are killing me and CC's don't want to make a deal right now.

You could go on disability and collect what you put in, but you may not get much..it all depends on how longs you've worked and how much you've put in.
