4. It would randomly stall anytime before it was totally, totally
warmed up. Furthermore it would only happen when I was in it. They finally found out it was a gas pump relay switch and for now it works beautifully!!

10. At one time when I brought it to the shop I thought it was going to
die. I dropped it off and they had it for several days. It didn't miss a beat?!?!?!?! They tried to get it to fail and nothing!! I picked it up and it stalled on me four times on the way home?!?!?!?! I called the owner and he said that the car must be possessed!! You know when they say that it's BAD!! Finally a couple of weeks ago the car died on my way to the shop and I had it towed in. It was the gas pump relay switch. So just maybe it's over with.

3. Fixed? That's supposed to make animals more docile
and want to hang around the house more. I don't think I'd want that to happen to a car.

12. not a question for your anything, just a comment
My car acted the same wasy last fall. Finally it stalled on the freeway and I waited two hours for a tow. The mechanics had it for a week, even drove it home each night...nothing wrong at all, until the fifth day. They changed the fuel filter and all was okay...didn't even charge me!
At least for a few months until my alternator died...

So, I guess I do have a question...How's your alternator?

13. As far as I know fine. However, my apartment building manager
also thought it might be the alternator. I'm going to give it some time and see what happens. However, I'm thinking of a new car.

14. I'm thinking about it too
I love but it's 29 years old and has 191,000 miles on it.
I was thinking of getting a diesel car. When I was in Seattle recently the people I stayed with have a VW diesel Beetle that gets 49 mpg. But he runs it on biodiesel and he makes it himself in his garage! Hasn't been to a gas station in months.
