#1 No, you don't have to be the intialiator! I for one have gave a rose to a guy, told him that he was so sexy that I had to dance with him!

#2 Most girls are as shy as you are! If you go up and ask, they will stumble all over themselves(unless they are like me).

#3 Just start you by saying HI to a girl you like in the halls as you pass. Get into her head a little. Get her wondering about you.
