Take the little hilarious commentary bubbles from the now-defunct VH1 show Pop Up Video and combine it with C-SPAN's live coverage of the House and Senate and morning call-in shows.

Imagine being able to watch live events from the Capitol and being severely entertained at the same time.

Orin Hatch takes to the senate floor to deliver a speech and a little bubble pops up above his head with some witty commentary.

Some right-wing nut calls into the C-SPAN morning show and a bubble lampoons something the caller just said.

I think it would be great. Maybe someone should mention this to Al Gore when he starts up his new news program.
