Have you ever hired a personal trainer? |
|
What's the going rate? What was your experience like?

1. It is my understanding that personal trainers are for . . . |
|
. . . "sculpting bodies," i.e., as in actors, models, etc. . . . .
25 minutes of aerobics three days a week, and an hour's worth of weight-lifting during another three days (need a day of rest), will suffice. Especially if you limit your diet to whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, legumes and seeds. Well, maybe a little cheese and egg, occasionally. And a hamburger twice a month.

2. No, but I am a certified trainer. |
|
Most experiences I've heard about sucked, to the tune of anywhere from $25-40 per hour.
I can't help you one-on-one here, but I'm free down in the exercise forum...
