'Funny' Hitler cartoons sold
http://images.thetimes.co.uk/TGD/picture/0,,222858,00.jpg

A book of cartoons depicting Adolf Hitler was sold at auction in Ludlow, Shropshire, yesterday for £207. Their publication in Germany in 1933 was authorised by the Nazi leader, who wrote the foreword. Historians said he may have approved the book to show that he had a sense of humour. Some of the cartoons poke fun, others show Hitler in a more sinister light, as the Angel of Death and as an American Indian, left, with a head on a pole.
