To answer the question: my eyes are the loveliest shade of green, sometimes grey, depending on what color clothing I'm wearing. And, usually, they're bloodshot.

See.. my eyes do sort of the same thing...

However they don't seem to do it at any specific time, but they change. They are hazel... or blue or green or any combination in between and sometimes... just sometimes... I get a little starburst looking effect around my pupil. It looks like the pupil itself is surrounded in a little aura of fire. My eyes have only done that a few times.

My eyes are "offically" hazel, but like I said they shift. I've met a few of other people who are the same way.
