Which bad habit/ practice do you engage in that could kill you? Me: greasy food, bags of candy, indolence

1. Not sleeping enough.

I actually don't do any of those above. Anymore.

I don't smoke or drink, I'm in a monogamous relationship...

But I didn't get this physique by eating healthy!

(though I'm seriously working on changing that)

Strangely, I eat quite healthy and take lots of vitamins and
herbal supliments. Compensation or European I can't decide.

12. I am so poisoned!

Smoking, drinking, dangerous drugs... all in excess. Sex with strangers too - it was the "unprotected" part that put me off. No way, never. Protection uber alles.

Moderation is for monks, excess in all things!
