Monday night football thread
Green Bay versus Philadelphia.

Neither one are my team, but I kind of like Green Bay so I'm rooting for them.

Score is 0-0 a little over halfway through the first quarter.

7. I have been watching the Senator also!
Wish my team could hold on to the football as well as he is holding on to that book! I'd like to see the Senator do a draw play right up the middle -- bet he wouldn't drop it!

4. I'm a longtime Bucs fan
But I'll never get tired of watching a real pro like Favre play. There's only a few players in this category that I have always liked to watch. Montana and John Riggins just to name two others.

5. Glad the Packers were able to get him from Atlanta
years ago. Even when he looks bad, I always remind myself after he's gone we may never see another like him in a Packers uniform.

Your Bucs have caused me a lot of frustration over the years. I have enjoyed watching their defense though!

6. He's definitely a hall of famer
He's not looking too sharp tonight though so far. Cold and rainy and he's got a messed up thumb on his throwing hand.

10. Hope he didn't use up everything in the Vikings game last
week. He was awesome!

Who's your team Droopy?

13. The Bengals is my team
I live about an hour north of Cincinnati. They aren't doing great this year but they're looking a hell of a lot better than in years past. I sarted watching them back in the 80s when they went ot the Super Bowl a couple of times. Been hard times since them but I've stuck with them.

14. Hopefully Marvin Lewis gets them on track.
I live in Baltimore now -- a lot of people were sad to see him leave here.

I have lived in both Dayton and Cleveland so I have followed the Bengals and Browns a little.

The past two games must have been rough for you, huh? Doug Flutie!

20. not true
The Bolts may be tied with the worst record, but the worst team is the Atlanta Falcons, with Jacksonville not far behind. Neither has anyone remotely as good as LaDaimlian Tomlinson on the team, nor a back-up (soon to be starter) like Flutie.

18. Well he's doing about them same as Favre this game
Which is nothing. I think the weather is having a big impact on both the QBs in this game.

It's been a pretty dull game up until that point.

24. I've given up.
If Favre screws up like this, I don't have any hope.

Against the ViQueens, he pulls it off.
Against Philly IN LAMBEAU FIELD, he screws up.
