Hugo Chavez needs to grow some facial hair.

Let's face it, if you want to be successful at antagonizing the US as a left-wing "dictator", you need to cultivate some face fuzz.

Cases in point:


Look at that mustache. Tell me that this is not the mustache of a man who murdered countless numbers of his own subjects. If the man with this mustache decreed that all of his loyal followers should wear a similar mustache, you can bet there would be women with bushy pushbrooms on their upper lips.


Hiyo! This is the classic antagonist look - scraggly, poorly groomed, and with eyebrows to match. This look just screams "fuck you, Yanqui." A supercool military cap tops it off.


Is he a dictator, or a dictator - and kung fu master? This look gives you an air of mystery. Is he going to execute me with simple shot to the head - or the five-point exploding heart trick?

I suggest Chavez grow some boss mutton chops or perhaps a fu manchu. And the whole world would be taken by surprise if he showed up at the General Assembly with a soul patch. Hell, he could grow one of those old-timey curly handlebar mustaches or a Kaiser Wilhelm.

Just don't do this one. This one is a big no-no.
